What we collect
When you submit the intake form we collect your name, email, phone number, requested discipline and service, preferred date, and any notes you include. When you buy a product, payment is handled entirely by Stripe; Stripe shares your name, email, and shipping address with us so we can fulfil your order.
How we use it
- To respond to consultation requests by email or SMS.
- To fulfil and ship product orders.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
Intake submissions are transmitted through our email provider and SMS gateway solely to deliver your message to the Studio. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Retention
Intake messages are kept while relevant to your appointment history and deleted on request. Order records are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing dinafrew214@gmail.com.
