Refund Policy

Products
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email dinafrew214@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and refund or replace at your choice.
Opened cosmetic products (adhesives, serums, oils, top coats) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by law or where the product is defective.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.
Services
Service deposits are transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits for appointments cancelled with less notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the studio must cancel, your deposit is refunded in full or transferred — your choice.
